Worst ever appointment scheduling procedure. The scheduling staff are not available to schedule an appointment with Dr Patel. I called them almost everyday for 3 weeks, but the front desk could not connect me to a 'scheduler' to schedule my appointment. On my last call, managed to connect to the 'officiating' office manager (Ms Ruth) to tell her the issues being faced by prospective patients who are trying to get an appointment scheduled. Dr Patel was a good listener, we discussed my issues and he recommended conservative approach and didn’t rush to a procedure. I will come back.
No one wants to have a colonoscopy, but if you have to have one, you want Dr. Patel and his staff at TDDC and the Tuscan Surgery Center of Las Colinas on your team. They are so friendly, patient, informative, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Dr Patel continually demonstrates an interest in his patients. He is very down to earth, friendly, courteous with excellent bedside manners. Patient conditions are explained in detail verbally and by fotos. He is quite knowledgeable in his medical field and/or medical procedures. He has a great staff as well. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.
