Upon checking in with MA, I inquired about the possibility of medication for a condition.Rather than handling my query discreetly and professionally, I overheard MA discussing my request in a manner that I found highly unprofessional. Very professional and easy to talk to..The staff was very nice.. The procedure went well
I saw Dr. Patel for the second time this year within this timeframe he took upon his self to gather all my medical records from another state and gave me a current treatment plan. I work for a group providers and I would recommend anyone to see him. He is efficient and explains in detail from a medical stance what is best. He did not rush me and was very open to questions comments or concerns. Top bedside manner great job Dr. Patel! (His staff is amazing as well)
We can all agree colonoscopies are not the most fun thing to do. Dr. Patel and his staff are very respectful and personable. My wait time after chech on was short and after initial vitals and history were taken, Dr. Patel came right in. He was familiar with my history and recalled specifics of my previous colonoscopies (this is my third procedure with him). I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his practice.
Diagnosis and explanations were relatable and understandable.
I’m going to have an endoscopy. He explained everything in great detail where I could understand what was going to happen. My husband was in the room with me. He said, he was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was. Professional & personable. I would highly recommend him if you need a great GI doctor.
Dr Patel is the best. I have been using him since he’s been in practice love love him the best DR.
Very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the entire procedure and visited post-procedure to explain the findings. The entire staff was very caring and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for your Colonoscopy procedure.
