Dr. Miwa is one of the most compassionate and empathetic doctors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His authenticity has helped me personally by being able to model the same behavior within myself; to be true to myself. Dr. Miwa gently taught me how to push my boundaries so that I could continue to develop my process of being both in my professional and personal life. Highly recommended doctor!
About a year and a half ago, Dr. Miwa had me sit in the room and shared that we close our work together. I initially felt it was because I was not being responsive to his emails and not following through with my commitments to see him. First and foremost, I want to say thank you Dr. Miwa, you have made a huge impact in my life. I am glad I met and had the opportunity to work with Dr. Richiiro Miwa in our 1:1 sessions. I have been to other psychologist before, but none of those sessions have help me understand my behavior and choices I have made that affected my life as an adult (over 39 years old). Dr Miwa was awwesome. He helped me work throgh mutiple issures and ongoing changes in my life. We met weekly and ideas he helped me think through together as a team, I worked on, and we discusssed my tremendous progress. He helped me see my issues more clearly and I progressed through them quicker than I expected. He helped my with many "ah-ha's and I see" which I much appreciated. If I could I would give him 10 stars and not just 5! Highly recommended he is!!!
