Checked in a bit early for my appointment, it was 2:45 pm (scheduled for 3:20 pm). Saw that there was a big line so I figured why not just to let them know I'm around. Was greeted by one of the receptionists who seemed very overwhelmed by how busy it was, which I totally get, not dismissing that. But was very rude, telling me that I would have to come at my scheduled time. In a very snarky rude tone. Anyways I leave to go find better parking closer to the mall entrance. Dr Orendain is professional, answered all my questions. He is very kind and caring.
The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful. The optometrist took the time to explain every step of the eye exam and made me feel at ease. If you make appointments your waiting time is very short.
