Our family has used the Guildford Mall clinic for many years, but after yesterday, we won't be back. The care itself is fine, but the management has imposed a surcharge of $25 on children's exams and is being vague and evasive about it. The receptionist first claimed that MSP was to blame, then suggested that our benefit provider should cover shortfalls not paid by MSP. Neither of these is true. My most recent visit was very disappointing. The optometrist I visited spoke broken English. I didn't feel confident in his explanation on what was going on with my vision. This office also routinely fails to send reports to my family physician. Given these recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this clinic.
Very busy clinic but very efficient staff. Very helpful and courteous.
