I used to go here every two years with direct billing but now it change by Dr Wong new policy according to receptionist , by surprise they want me to pay up front before Eye exam. So the whole entire family is no longer going here.. Even though my insurance is within capacity to pay at full coverage with extended health.My physio/ dental / chyro/ ortho etc etc no issues except Dr Wong’s clinic. I don’t understand maybe it’s climate change..
I phoned in the morning, after I broke my glasses. I was given an appointment for 2:40 the same day. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Thank you.
What a great experience we had at this clinic! My daughter saw dr alfred lo today. He was very thorough, patient and polite. This was the most comprehensive eye exam she has had in many years. I am so glad we found this dr! I will come to see him again with my other family members.
As a very picky person—especially after having a horrible experience with Specsavers—I was honestly so impressed with this optometry clinic.I had a great and quick visit at this optometry clinic! The appointment only took about 20 minutes, which was such a nice change compared to my previous experiences. Appalling. Utter greed and all about money. Even if you have a medical emergency, and your family doctor refers you with a signed letter. Still this optometrist wants there money. Hope people stop going here and they have to shut down.
