The head front desk staff lady who used to be nice and good but now she can be very rude. Last time i was there, they delayed my contacts lens shipping. Instead of apologizing, she said in very unpleasant tone that's because i chose the cheapest option! The quality of service has been going down.
Very accommodating
Very convenient for online scheduling and location. They are busy but very efficient (having a number of different optometrists available in one office). All staff--from optometrists to admin--are very friendly, professional, and fast. I had Dr Lawrence and he was very good about explaining everything and even walked me through the images of my retina and provided eye-healthcare advice.
