I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this eye clinic. From the moment I called, she was unprofessional and rude in her tone. She seemed unsure about basic clinic procedures and couldn't clearly answer my questions, which raised concerns about her competence and training. Dr Rick Wong is very Intelligent, learned and Kind-helped me with my eye examination and expediting specialist appointment to get the problem resolved.
