I almost never leave public reviews, especially negative ones,but this experience left me with no choice.After waiting over two months for an appointment, I brought my daughter Ciara to Dr. Rick Nichols Just for Kids Pediatric Dentistry today. This was supposed to be her first visit.This morning, I received a call from their office asking me to complete two new patient forms. I filled both out online immediately. Dr. Nichols was incredibly rude to my daughter and called her a liar. He said her tooth was not hurting when she was clearly in pain. He has zero empathy and regard for patients. I am finding a new dentist for my children.
