I understand a doctor being at capacity but you need to set up a system that allows a would be client to know that rather than texting them to set up an appointment and then taking their information and then telling them that they could not be seen! I had to call several times. I was a fool to keep trying. How are you so incompetent that you go so far as texting a client to set up an appointment and then not be able to see them!
