It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Absolutely, I can finally see well again! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
