My husband and I were so fortunate to find Dr Richard Lin. He is a talented, kind and tenacious surgeon My husband had a complicated case and Dr. Lin took it over when no one else would.We are forever grateful for his help and highly recommend him. The office staff was wonderful too! Thank you Dr. Lin.
I’ve consistently experienced long hold times when calling this office. It’s frustrating to be kept on hold for 20+ minutes just to speak with someone. This makes it difficult to schedule appointments or get basic information. I hope they improve their phone response system soon.
I have to say that I owe my life to Dr.Lin. My case was particularly troublesome due to my inability to comprehend the seriousness of my condition, resulting in a kind of relapse that took me all the way to becoming a full quadriplegic. Just saw Dr Lin on may 5th. 2 back surgeries in last 2 years and I’m in pain again!!! My current insurance ( Med-cal ) prohibits me from see my original surgeon. During this visit you would have thought I was speaking German. It’s like he didn’t understand what I was saying. Wrote referral for MRI and Cat scan. His office has yet sent referral to Prospect Medical for approval so I can make appointment.
