I had the wonderful opportunity to observe Dr. Richard Washburn at the bedside of an ill patient and her family prior to surgery. I was impressed by his pleasant demeanor, even tone, professionalism, and kindness. Patiently, he explained the proplem, procedure, and potential outcomes. After observing Dr. Washburn answer all of their questions, I can certainly say "Dr. Washburn cares about his patients."
It took forever to get to the right guy going through the proper channels, but I think I found him . He knows his stuff and I like his mannerism [he doesn't talk down to you like some do]. His whole staff has been really pleasant. Right now I am fighting the insurance company before going in for further treatment, as soon as I can I'll update with more info.
