They never pick up the phone. Always Busy. Takes forever to get a prescription refilled if you leave a message. Dr. Rhee is very nice. So is his staff when they actually do their jobs.

This physician, bar none, is the best physician whose care I've come under in a long time. He did not rush the evaluation, explained things in a succinct manner, was very respectful of my privacy and was very compassionate in his approach to the issues I was suffering from. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rhee spent a lengthy amount of time with me. I had been going through doctors like crazy because I nor they could figure out what was causing so much pain in my body. After extensive testing and appointments I was well on my way to having a somewhat normal life. Dr. Rhee made me feel better immediately and never gave up.He and Donna are wonderful people as well as all the staff at the Neptune office.I owe them my participation in life at this point and am grateful for having them care for me

Dr. Rhee is a fine doctor whom cares about the whole person, not just the health issue. He is an older doctor and comes with wisdom only seasoned Dr.s Know. I was pertified and quickly calmed down with his calming caring words. I feel lucky to have found him. The staff is terrific, that was so refreshing.

Dr Rhee is by far one of the kindest and smartest physicians I have ever worked with. He diagnosed my issues early and has been supportive ever since. You get the whole package with Dr Rhee! He truly cares.

I HAVE KNOWN DR. RHEE, MD SINCE 2000, MY SON WHO IS NOW 41 HAS GONE TO DR. RHEE, MD FIRST IN 2000, AND SINCE OUR NEUROLOGIST, DR. S. MANDEL, MD LEFT JEFFERSON TO GO BACK TO NEW YORK, NEW YORK SEVERAL YEARS AGO, HAVING A PRACTICE AT LENNOX HILL HOSPITAL, ON PARK AVE, NY, NY. DR. RHEE, MD IS VERY KIND, VERY EMPHATHIC TO PATIENTS, AND AN BRILLIANT MEDICAL PHYSICIAN. HE RESPONDS TO THE PATIENT IN MANY WAYS, AND GIVES PATIENTS HIS ALL. I SEND PATIENTS TO HIM, BECAUSE OF HIS KNOWLEDGE.

Best doctor I've been to in 10 years and I've been to many trying to figure out what is wrong with me. This man is a genius and knows his work. He did not rush you through the appointments he's very thorough and will take us time to help you. Thank you Dr Rhee you are awesome! I finally feel like I'm going to get the care I need!

Dr. Rhee is excellent. He is very thorough, he takes time to explain your condition and answer any questions you may have. The front desk staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. They are rude, unprofessional, have no sense of urgency, and do only half of what they need to do. They speak to you poorly and one woman (Donna) even hung up the phone on me when I was trying to get some answers. I love Dr. Rhee's work but you are only as good as your front desk so I will have to find another neurologist.
