I'm unsure as to when reception changed. but I've attempted to rebook multiple times with my crazy work schedule with no luck. She doesn't seem to really care either.

My appointment was on time and Dr. Roberti was pleasant and patient, he answered all my questions and I left feeling very satisfied I would definitely recommend friends and family to them
