I called Dr. Reiss's office after having substantially broken a tooth on the way to work eating breakfast in the car at 8am. By 1pm I was in his chair listening to him calmly and confidently tell me what he would recommend. Dr. Reiss has been my Dentist for over 30 years. His exceptional knowledge and professionalism is what continues our family to continue his service. He and his staff are extremely friendly and make you feel like part of his dental family. The gentle Dentist!
Arrived early for my appointment and they took me right in. The teeth cleaning was done very professionally (as usual) and appeared very nicely done. I have been coming here for years for both minor and complicated procedures and have been completely satisfied. I would recommend this office to all.
Sure enough, as I turned 50 I couldn't escape my first root canal. . .that's unfortunate and unpleasant but it is what it is. I went to Dr. Reiss and he explained how things were going to go down. Despite the terrible and complexity news he made it sound simple and gave me the confidence to go through with it. The procedure went way better than I expected. I have been a patient for about 18 years. I have always received the same excellent service and honest direct assessment of my dental health. When there have been concerns Dr. Reiss explained my options without pushing me to spend money on costly procedures.
As usual a very professional experience. Love the new office!
The staff is wonderful! very friendly, very much customer oriented, welcoming, efficient, and committed to delivering quality service to their clients. The new facility is very modern, and looks great, overall I have an excellent experience every time I go in.
Dr. Reiss and staff are very caring.
Visit was good as usual, except for my excess tarter which caused Lisa to use jackhammer to remove it.
