It is always a good day when I have to visit my dentist and as always everything was just perfect. Can't say I fully enjoy myself but it went well. Thanks to the staff for making it a pleasant visit.
I had an 11:15 A. M. appointment and was seen promptly. No waiting. The hygienist was efficient and courteous. Visits to the dentist are not high on my list of fun things to do. But Dr. Reiss's staff make it as pleasant as possible.
The new office is really beautiful and the professional dental care continues to be as excellent as it has always been!!!
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Reiss and staff for an appointment. It was such a great experience as always! We have been Dr. Reiss's patients for the last twenty years. Our relationship has grown in trust and appreciation. We would definitely recommend Dr. Richard Reiss and staff as excellent professionals. Also as a plus, both my husband and I liked the new location very much.
From the time Lilly at the front desk got involved, everything went like clockwork. On time, friendly, patient and professional, I could not have asked for more. Merry, the x-ray tech, was a delight and Dr. Reiss explained my issues, suggested solutions and options and made me comfortable and confident about going forward. Great office, great visit...

Highly professional staff and Dr. Reiss is the best in the business. His expertise is outstanding and his bedside manner is always comforting even if he is telling you you have to do a root canal.
As always your superoir staff was very professional and Lisa was very good with my cleaning.
