On 6/17 around 1100, I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I was told I needed a referral with my insurance before they asked me for my specific insurance information. When I said that I typically don’t require a referral, I was asked to be put on a “brief” hold. They did not return, and I hung up after 16-minutes. I called back and was immediately put on hold again. I eventually hung up. Very disappointed. I hope the doctor reads this feedback. Dr. Quint performed my surgery when I was in the hospital and it went very well and I am utilizing his services again for another surgery that I need on my feet. He is very professional, very knowledgeable, very caring and I like him

Dr Quint could not have been nicer! Took his time during appointment, answered all of my questions and had a great sense of humor…I find that important in a provider…makes them more human and relatable!
