This dentists office has the best hospitality I ever seen in dentistry. I thank you guys so much for restoring my smile. Definitely a blessing.
Dr. Lambert is a great dentist. He has always worked with me to give me the best dental experience and care. HOWEVER, his receptionist is the most condescending, smug person I have ever had to deal with. For someone that is the face of a business she should be very ashamed of her behavior in dealing with humans!! I am afraid to report that as long as she is the person I have to go through to see Dr. Lambert, I will not be returning and I would recommend to everyone to do the same.
