Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. He was very uncooperative when it came to the disussion of our case.
