I have a major complaint about this office. I called and scheduled an "annual visit". Had the visit, and as a part, the doctor wrote a birth control prescription. However, they billed it as a birth control consult, not as an annual visit - so my insurance wouldn't cover it. They mischaracterized the type of visit to make more money off of me. Had an absolutely miserable experience here. Made an appt, showed up early, was kept waiting 30 min past my scheduled appt time. When I finally was shown to a room I had to wait some more and could hear the doctor clearly making verbal notes about another pt through the wall. What a violation of her privacy! Then the doctor came in without reading my chart and thought I was here for something totally different than what I told the staff. Till this day I have been stuck with this $50 payment attached to my credit record and I don't understand how or why I ever got this in the 1dt place. Whereas it is still impacting my life decades later like wow. I cannot wait to get my receipt too. Lesson learned.
