Been going to Dr Mandel since the office was on Red Lion Rd. Dr Mandel is a very thorough Dr, and luckily for that, and my difficult ways with medicine, he found a blocked artery thru an EKG he made me get in the office when all I wanted was a prescription refill. So I am ever thankful for him. Also the staff has always been very accommodating and nice for me. His office has grown now at Ashton. Always recommend.

Mandel treated my Dad for many many years. I found him to be rude. My Dad needed hospice care and it took him 3 days to get back to me! My Dad passed away 1 week later February this year. Mandel never even called to acknowledge his death I never did like him . I think he's a lousy person and an even worse doctor.

Dr Richard Mandel is an incredible doctor. He treats both of my geriatric parents and myself. He is thorough, detail oriented, orders tests, refuses to guess… he is compassionate, clear, and always follows through. A rare doctor and gem in his profession.

Dr. Mandel is the kind of doctor I truly appreciate. He is very straightforward and does not sugarcoat anything. He gives his honest professional opinion and explains exactly what needs to be done and why. If he believes something is urgent—such as needing blood work done immediately because there’s a risk you may not return for the next appointment—he will address it right away. I value his direct approach and commitment to making sure nothing is overlooked.
