Mandel treated my Dad for many many years. I found him to be rude. My Dad needed hospice care and it took him 3 days to get back to me! My Dad passed away 1 week later February this year. Mandel never even called to acknowledge his death I never did like him . I think he's a lousy person
Dr. Mandel is the kind of doctor I truly appreciate. He is very straightforward and does not sugarcoat anything. He gives his honest professional opinion and explains exactly what needs to be done and why. If he believes something is urgent—such as needing blood work done immediately because there’s a risk you may not return for the next appointment—he will address it right away. I value his direct approach and commitment to making sure nothing is overlooked.
I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Richard and it was great. I've never had a doctor that took the time to hear my concerns out more than Dr. Richard did. Awesome unexpected experience and great environment.
Do not recommend period.
