I am a nurse practitioner with 21 years experience who, after a considerable search, brought my 18 year old daughter to Dr. Winters for a rhinoplasty. Without hesitation-best decision among the many surgeons we considered. Skilled, real, unassuming, caring. Her recovery went more smoothly than I thought possible and her results are wonderful...Would recommend him enthusiastically... Office staff also wonderful.

I am very happy with the result from a Breast Reduction/Lift done by Dr. Winters. The recovery was much quicker than I anticipated, I look and feel better-I'm only sorry I waited so long to finally do it. Dr. Winters, his staff and the nurses in the office and surgery center are all very pleasant to deal with.
