Dr Winters did an extensive facial reconstruction on me after mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma. His work is meticulous and truly takes pride in his work and cares about his patients. You will not be in more competent, skillful and compassionate hands! Highly recommend!
We travelled from Illinois for my 18 year old daughter's rhinoplasty. We are one week out and just as he assured us it looks amazing, natural and very minimal bruising. Dr. Winters is highly knowledgable and skilled, he explained in detail the procedure and what he does differently than other surgeons to achieve a structurally sound nose. Dr. Winters saved my life.I was very sick when I was referred to him for a 2nd opinion after I was wildly mistreated by a doctor for a hernia repair. When I first met Dr, Winters, I had an enormous open wound and tons of infected mesh. This was due to neglectful treatment from a previous surgeon. Please get multiple consults !! I have been living a nightmare do to what I believe to be MULTIPLE misjudgments and what he called “game day decisions “- meaning that he would figure out what to do once I was under anesthesia! 10+ surgeries ..... when I finally left for another doctor ..... my new surgeon was horrified at what I had been through ! Winters was performing all of his surgeries in his surgical center ..... so In the end I’m not sure if everything I’d been though wasn’t to make him money at the expense of my heal... read more
Amazing!! I don’t know where to start!! Dr Winters is the best doctor I have ever met. I went to a consultation with him almost a year ago for a Rhinopalsty. He walked me through every step, every detail, with no pressure at all to rush into my surgery. He was patient, so informative, and made me feel so comfortable through the entire process. My experience with Dr. Richard Winters has been a nightmare. I had surgery with him in April 2018. Since the first day, I have had complications that include swelling, infections, excruciating pain, and cervical spine problems. I talked to him extensively about the pain and symptoms on the many post surgery visits. According to him it was all part of the recovery process and it would get better with time. I recently had a Rhinoplasty. My recommendation came from other RN's at Hackensack/Meridian Medical Center. He is by far the most outstanding, professional and incredible surgeon I've been treated by. No question was left unanswered all anxieties eased. No pain, minimal bruising, results amazing.
Dr. Winters is an excellent plastic surgeon! I consider myself very lucky to have come across such a skilled, kind doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Winters to anyone who is considering a rhinoplasty, you will not be disappointed!
