Dr.Bortz-Marx was my doctor at the UNC Pain Clinic for years,I have never met another Pain Management Doctor like him;since he left UNC'S Pain Clinic. I guess Duke offered him a lot of money to pry him away,and boy did UNC mess up when they let him go I would rather say that they ????ED UP;HE WAS THE BEST PAIN DR I'VE EVER HAD AND NOBODY HOLDS A CANDLE TO HIM IN THIS PROFESSION. He may run late but that's because he spends a lot of time with his patients. He's extremely knowledgeable and is great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
