Office Staff could use training on customer service. Office girl at front desk is very short and rude and extremely unprofessional (Hispanic one). Not sure what the trend is with dentistry these days but seems to be becoming clip joints, I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months without fail, after getting a cleaning at this office I was told I needed a deep cleaning that was going to cost me over 500 beyond what insurance covers, when I declined to do this they stated they would not schedule any more cleanings for me unless I h... read more
I arrived at the wrong address, because their address in the Guardian Insurance System was wrong! I arrived at approx. 10:35 for a 10:30 appointment even after the address issue... Instead of apologizing and trying to make the best of the scenario... the front desk tells me I should have arrived 15 minutes early for my first appointment so she can't promise that the Dr. can see me today. very professional staff and dr. Harris did a professional exam and we discussed a cracked crown should be replaced. Fran the dental assistant did the xrays and cleaning greatexperience.

Rude & incompetent staff. Harris was in & out of room during cleaning, did not even examine my mouth & had the nerve to bill for an examination on 2 occasions.
Dr Harris is the best dentist I have ever had.He is super professional and also very honest with his patients. All staff in his office are of great quality. Niggie is a dental hygienist who will do her job so thoroughly. The persons at the reception are pleasant and professional. I was lucky to find them. I have been a patient of Dr Harris for 14 years. Great! Easy scheduling. Seen on time. No surprises. Answered all questions. Made sure I was comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant. In this day and age of being rushed and treated rudely, this was excellent care and service. Highly recommend.
Harris is inefficient/careless causing delay to my much-needed treatment, leaving me w/ excruciating pain. His Clerk/Receptionist, Shauny, is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt w/. My recommendation is to be treated by a reputable/caring dentist that hires pleasant/experienced staff.
I had a great visit with Dr. Harris and his team. My crown was quick and painless.
