Dr. Alfred was very professional with a little added humor, which is comforting. I would highly recommend him!
Courteous and thorough.
Excellent care, extremely thorough. Explained everything thoroughly! Would highly recommend not only Dr. Alfred but the whole Bone & Joint facility!
Dr. Alfred has been compassionate and patient, helping me make informed choices for treatment, based on imaging, my feedback, and my experience of my progress. Dr.Alfred has supported my choices and also offered alternatives when I have come back for further consultations. I have confidence in Dr. Alfred‘s assessment of my injury and his knowledge of the treatment options. His staff has been polite, friendly, efficient and kind. You will be treated like a human ATM machine who gets 2 minutes for the transaction. Your insurance company is the payer and Dr. Alfred is the recipient. As a patient, you are the means to this end.
I came up to Dr. Alfred after a lot of run around with a couple of different Doctors. He is very to the point and thorough. He answered any and all questions I had. Also- he has a super dry sense of humor, which I find funny. I ended up needing surgery and couldn't possibly be any happier with my decision. After 6 months of walking with a lot of pain and being unable to straighten my leg, I was able walk within a few days. It's now 3 months after my surgery and it is healing great and feeling great. I wish I had gone to see ... read more
He did my acl reconstruction about a week ago. I'm recovering very well and am very pleased. He can be a little hard to read, because his sense of humor is a little dry. If you think he's being rude, it's best to assume he's joking, because he pretty much always will be. My father, who is very hard to please, fell in love with Dr. Alfred and made an appointment with him.
This doctor is very rude and unprofessional. My wait time was over 30 minutes in the exam room. Finally, I had enough of waiting. The staff didn't come in to check on me during the period of waiting. No customer service, what so ever. Dr. Alfred tried to intimidate me by saying, he would send me home, if I didn't stop complaining. And when I said, you will be reported. He said who are you going to report to? He needs to be retrained in patient and customer care.
