My dental hygienist, Mary Lou , is professional ,informative, friendly& gentle. iBook forward to my visit. Dr G is always professional & explains everything to me. CLASS ACT!

My only concern is that I am not clear on what is covered and not covered by my insurance and I was told that is my responsibility to know, however I don't know that I am clear on what is to be performed at upcoming visits. How would I know what to ask my insurance company. And full payment is always expected immediately.
No one likes to go to the dentist, but everyone there is very friendly and you make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Staff is always pleasent. The coat rack in the waiting room has sharp hooks that could damage clothing.
I would like the option of using "sweet air" if necessary. I understand why you discontinued offering it but still wish it was an option when more extensive work needs to be done. When you're a "chicken" like me it really would help.
