Skilled surgeon, but their office practices are pretty archaic. They don't do a single thing online, so multiple times I've had to go pick up/drop forms in person and file disability claims through the mail (which greatly delays the process) because they do not use email or electronic submission. It's extremely frustrating, especially when sending an email or submitting a form online should be easy for any office.
Worst office staff I have ever experienced. Wish I had read the 1 star review before going to this doctor's office for help. I was told that the front desk would get back to me about setting up an appt for an MRI. A month goes by and I eventually call them back and they explain that they are waiting on my insurance and then the line cuts out. Another month goes by and I call back and very rudely the lady responds and says that the MRI specialist center has been "calling and calling and calling" and they have heard no respons... read more
With the ttreatment we received from the office staff here I would almost think that all the other reviews here are fake!!! We called the office on our way since we had a hard time looking for the address, the ladyy on the phone was super rude to us. Then afteR waiting over 30 min in the room for the doctor, we asked the lady in the front desk how much longer we should wait since we need to pick up our kids from school and she replied with: "is it the fiirst time you're visiting a doctor? Dr. Greenfield has been my orthopedic surgeon for almost 10 years. He replaced both my hips and has treated me for various injuries. He is a highly skilled, professional and compassionate surgeon. Excellent communicator!
