I took my daughter to see him but he wasn’t respectful toward my her needs in terms of effective treatment options for ADHD and depression. His office had charged me more than what I was initially quoted. Also, he wasn’t accommodating in that he was disorganized in scheduling.
Dr Rochester has a kind, gentle chair side manner. He listens, listens some more, asks appropriate questions and if needed, prescribes a medication. Doctor Rochester is very empathetic. He returns calls promptly. I was referred to Dr Rochester several years ago after my doctor retired. My former doctor was excellent. Dr Rochester is at least as excellent. I was very fortunate to have them both, because I used to be a wreck.
Dr. Rochester is the most caring, compassionate, and professional physician that I have ever encountered. I have been seeing him for a number of years. He even guided my son (not a patient) when my son was considering applying to med school! I almost think of him as a member of the family!
I have been seeing him for many years I feel like I grew up with him! I appreciate his professionalism, kindness and wisdom.
I’ve seen Dr Rochester for years and he is an exceptional psychiatrist. It’s hard to find one who listens, is empathetic, and takes time for his patients. He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t look down on those with mental health.
Dr. Rochester has made the difference in my life. In working through life experiences outside of my control, he and his staff have provided support and professional treatment that have enabled me to attain wellness that otherwise without treatment would have been impossible. I am sincerely grateful for having him as my physician.
