AJ Services Plumbing and Repairs is an absolute JOKE of a company. They were scheduled to fix my mini-split AC on June 14th, 2024. While they did show up initially (to look at the unit), they vanished afterward and never returned to actually repair anything. For 9 MONTHS, I called, texted, and left voicemails begging for updates. The only response I ever got was a brief text about “what work needed to be done”… and then radio silence. Very knowledgeable and willing to offer a range of solutions based on budget. Ben is the tech that serviced my boiler and he offered me his best advice if he were in my shoes, not what would benefit him or the company. Would highly recommend these guys
My Navien boiler stopped working Christmas Day. I called AJ’s the next day(today) . They came out about an hour after my call. After careful diagnosis, they found a broken water pump. Part was replaced and I now have heat and hot water. Very happy with both techs, friendly knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
We've used AJ Services for a couple of plumbing jobs so far. Each time, they communicated when they would arrive and showed up on time. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. The workers who were on premises conducted themselves professionally and communicated to us what work needed to be done and why—and then did the work quickly.
