Terrible communication and incorrect diagnosis. Kitchen and bathroom pipes making whistling and banging noises. They did not tell me what is wrong. Contacted them to discuss the issue and they had not a single clue what is wrong. Woman tells me she is not at work on a Monday afternoon and yet the calls are forwarded to her cell phone. She brags about speaking different languages but cannot explain what is going on with my plumbing. They’re just awful! I came home from work the other evening to find my hot water heater leaking. I called AJ Services at 8 pm, spoke to Ben (one of the owners) and they were at my house within 20 minutes. Unfortunately I needed a new hot water heater which they picked up the next day and installed. Sean and Owen did the job. Everyone I dealt with were professional, courteous, kind and friendly. I have Navien boiler and called AJ Plumbing/Ben to replace 3-way valve which is malfunctioning. Ben seems very knowledgeable and he gave me honest complete run down about the system. Navien is one of the type of boiler that required expert technician and I am confident that Ben/AJ is one of them based on my initial discussion.
