Before seeing me, he had just had a bad experience with a patient who attacked him while sedated. I asked to be sedated and he got in my face and said how do I know you wouldn't attack me? He proceeded to take his prior experience out on me, raised his voice and, honestly Intimidated me.
This man was so mean to my mother. He talked to her in a manner that a dentist should never speak to another human. He was rude, condescending, and just generally awful. I’m going to figure out how to file an official complaint about him.
I went to this office for the 1st time and I tell you I was amazed!! I “hate” going to the dentist with a passion!! I had the most wonderful experience from the time I walked in the door until I walked out!! I am in a wheelchair and these people treated me like I was family! Dr Casteen is the best! He told me what I needed and how the process was going to go! I will never go anywhere else! I have a lot of work to be done and believe it or not I am excited and it is all due to the treatment I received from everyone!
