The doctor is caring and takes the time to explain. The admin staff can take a while to answer calls and open up the doors on time.
I had such high hopes for this doctor after reading several good reviews, but this visit was a waste of time and money for me. I wanted to be tested for a hormone imbalance, and brought a list of symptoms with me. I was told that since I conceived this year, nothing could be done until next year (even though it was a miscarriage). I would have thought an endocrinologist would have taken blood work, not only because I'm trying to conceive, but just for my general health, physically and mentally. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Very satisfied after having had to locate a new doctor after the one I frequented for 20 years retired. Couldn't be happier.

They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
