No results I went to Dr. Cherlin for Hashimotos I was put on Levoxxyl which still didn't help me feel energetic. I still couldn't lose the weight.He didn't listen
The Best Guy in Los Gatos.... by far! I've been seeing Dr Cherlin for over 20+ years now and I have to say that even when I lived on the east coast, I traveled back to his office for my annual checkups because there isn't another doctor that I would trust as I do him and his office staff.
Upfront and totally committed to his patients!!! I have been seeing Dr. Cherlin for 25 years. Not only has he been a great doctor for this long but I have also referred many people to Dr. Cherlin who other doctor's could not help. One of these was a young woman I worked with who was so sick she was laying down in her office at work!! She had been to serveral doctors who could not diagnose her illness. Wonderful Doctor I have been going to Dr. Cherlin for over 14 years. He is a wonderful Dr. Will return phone calls the same day and personally calls you with your blood work results. I would highly reccomend him.
Saved my life I wasn't getting the help I needed from primary when I kept telling her I cant focus, my body hurts etc. So I looked up an endocrinologist and found good results for Dr.Cherlin. I took a chance. With a quick glance at my blood tests and quick glance he could tell I was way depleted with thyroid. He told me that I was like a car engine slowly dying. Will never go back again I was referred to see him because I had gestational diabetes and was concerned about my Ha1c blood sugar levels. He was supposed to do a diabetic evaluation, but ended up doing an additional unrelated exam. To my astonishment, he examined my breasts. Now, what would a breast exam have to do with diabetes? I should have gone to the police but was too embarrased an ashamed.
I would recommend him and have...several times. I've been seeing Dr. Cherlin for about 6 years now...he's not one of those doctors who will stand there pretending to listen to you and all the while predetermining what the problem is or isn't. He takes a thorough history, including lab work before diagnosing. If he tells you that you have a thyroid problem... you do. If he tells you that thyroid isn't your issue... its not. great doc My husband and I were patients of Dr.Cherlin for many years and loved him. We moved away from the area and sincerely miss him. We have not been able to find any doctor like him. He is the greatest!!
