Cares more about money than anything. My dear friend passed away at 19 in a car accident in front of the office and we put up a remembrance cross. The owner and his wife said it was “affecting business” and took it down 6 days after he had passed. The cross was only a foot away from the street and was therefore on town property but they still felt a need to remove it. A disgrace to the community.

Dr. Rugen is one of my favorite people. He was our family chiropractor for many years and just retired. I don't think there will ever be someone else like him! He is super old-school in his practice and I loved it.
