Dr Sample always makes sure his patient's are comfortable while he's performing any work. He has a terrific wit. His staff is very nice and always check on you to make sure you are doing okay. I've been coming here for well over a decade and have referred others to this office and they continue to come back for years.

I love Dr. Sample and his staff. They make the experience a good one. I drive all the way from midtown Omaha to see them, that's how much I like them.

I feel like the Dr. Sample and staff are very friendly. They go to great lengths to make the customer feel comfortable. His work is completely adequate in what you would expect from your dentist. If something is not right, he urged me to get back to them so the proper adjustments could be made. This outfit is located in the heart of the Bellevue community and operated locals. You can tell that the people enjoy working there.

While I have never been to this dentist, my father had extensive dental work here. They did a good job, so he continued to see them for checkups, etc. That earns them a star. When he lost a crown, we contacted them again and were quoted a price for crown replacement, of an amount under $100. He went alone; imagine my surprise and shock when I arrived to pick him up and pay the bill, and the cost had ballooned to somewhere between $900-$1000.
