The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! I've been here 1-1/2 hours already past my appointment time and they say it could be another hour yet. I have been here before and this seems to be a thing with these people. Never more. They are not the only eye specialists around. In fact I would recommend Eye Specialists in Rockford. They at least see their patients in a timely manner.
Overall it was a great experience. The exam was quick and the frame selection was great.
I have worn glasses since second grade. I never have had a pair of prescription sun glasses. I treated myself finally!!!!! I want to give a huge thank you to Ogi!!!!! He did an awesome job!!!!! I can see perfect with them, and they help protect my eyes from the rays. Thank you, Marilyn Myers
I have been bringing my mom to Miller Eye Center for regular eye check ups for years and we are very satisfied with the quality of services provided. The wait time is not too long and they move fast between tests to get you to see the doctor. I love their optic shop on site and friendly knowledgeable staff. Definitely an eye center for all your eye needs. Thanks Miller Eye Center!!!
I went there for my eye exam. They ended up doing an amniotic membrane on my eye, which fixed a long time problem, but I called the doctor that afternoon in so much pain. He told me I was gouging at my eye, he seen me do it, and scratched my eye. He said it would be fine. The next morning, after no sleep and in pain all night, I went back in only to find out it was the contact lens they put over the membrane. It had stuck on my eye! They had to re do the membrane. This is my favorite place to go to order new prescription glasses. I never feel rushed, i know im gettimg the best quality out there, and the staff is very helpful in answerimg any questions i may have. Defintely reccommend go there!
Miller eye center and there staff it's best experience I have . Specially mr. Ogy who helped me to feel like at home and make my life much izzy because I can see clearly now
Miller eye center is hands down the best place to go get a new pair of glasses. I have been to plenty of other eye places that are rude and are organized but this place is something else. I have been at Miller eye center for 2 years now and I haven't had one problem at all!
