It was a very personable visit with Dr Lundy and her office staff was very attentive and helpful!
My experience with my visit was superior. I appreciate the level of courteous service received from beginning to end. Information provided is explained in detail and with true professionalism and care. I was given the opportunity to ask some questions that were of importance to me and received answers promptly. Thank you for delivering great patient service in an atmosphere so much like family.
Takes time to listen. Very through in checking all health concerns. Always friendly and pleasant. Has been my primary care for several years.
Dr Kortikere started out in Carthage Texas. She took over the practice of Dr. Blake. I loved the care so much that she gave me and my family that I followed her to Longview Texas. She is very compassionate, very understanding, and listens to everything that you are telling her. She has treated several of my family members, and they have all been impressed with her. I would never stop saying her unless she retired. It has been over 20 years that I have seen her as my physician.
She never brushes off my concerns like my former doctor used to do! Between her being thorough, listening, and knowledgeable she has easily been able to diagnose and explain things to me. Things that my former Dr would previously get wrong or ignore are actually being properly treated now greatly improving my quality of life and health.
Dr. King shows genuine care and concern for his patients. He does not rush through appointments and takes time to listen to your concerns and then diagnose any problems. When the health issues may not be readily obvious, he continues to search for the cause and solutions until the answers are found and will refer to specialists if needed. I trust his professional judgment and am grateful to have him as my physician.
I am a patient person…but this man showed zero kindness, respect, or decorum. He never introduced himself to me, and when there was a small error with some equipment in the patient room he proceeded to open the door and yell into the hallway at his nurse persisting to reprimand her in front of me which I found extremely unprofessional. He failed to actually explain information pertinent to my reason for visiting, speeding through my appointment as if he’d rather be anywhere else. His nurse, God bless her, was very sweet.
