I scheduled with Dr Brown over a month in advance, only to receive a text message two days before that my appointment was at a different time. I called and spoke with Cindy, who said that the doctor was not available that afternoon. In that case, I asked if I could come the following week because I was traveling. Nothing was available. Back 2013 I suffered a severe fracture of the wrist due to a climbing accident in the Mammoth area in California. Dr Brown was on vacation but came to the hospital to perform surgery and repair my wrist. While his vacation was ended he stuck around an extra day to review the surgery with me. That is true sacrifice and love of one’s job. Years later all is well, totally functional!!! Thx Dr Brown
