I have been going to this Dental Office for over 20 years now. Actually, my entire family uses this dental office. All the staff have been prompt, financial understanding, professional, courteous, caring, family oriented. In fact, all 3 of my children have seen the Dentists here and my children have never complained or never been scared of the staff. The service at this dentists office was awful. On Wednesday, they told me that they took my insurance but on Friday afternoon the receptionist called me and told me to be prepared to pay on Monday. I asked how much, several times, I could expect to pay, and she either couldn't or wouldn't give me even a ballpark figure. Because of the time of her call, I wasn't even able to call another dentist before the offices all closed for the weekend, delaying my ability to do anything for an additional two days. I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years, so I was quite apprehensive when I arrived for my appointment. I immediately felt at ease by the front office staff. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance. I first saw the hygienist, who was awesome and then met Dr. Bernstein who did a very thorough exam. I would definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bernstein for many years. I continue to recommend him to my friends and coworkers. He consistently provides excellent care and is extremely skilled at what he does. He keeps current with the advances in dental techniques, equipment and technology. The hygienist is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The dental assistant is also great. The support staff is well-organized and experienced. If you are looking for a great dental office, this is it!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernstein for about 12 years. He is always willing to answer my questions and his work and attention to detail is superb. His staff has always been attentive and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Bernstein also treated my father, who had Alzheimers, and he could not have been more patient and intuitive with my father's needs.

I feel that Dr. Bernstein is exceptionally competent He always has my best interest in mind. His has a very caring staff that put me at ease when I had to get a crown. The office seems to work well together, and my dentist visits have always been very positive. I would highly recommend Dr. Bernstein to anyone.
