Always difficult to convey I've been on this road, traveling towards the pathway to better health for quite some time now. started my journey in 2001. The changes I've had to male and the concession I've had to make because I did not fit into the mold, even though I'm a nurse 49years. Never saw people get well recidivism rate was very high and I would always wonder why not? People did get reasonable well to be sent home but seemed like such a cycle. Then I retired, and it felt as if the world came crashing down on me. I thought I was in reasonable health and working out 3-5 times a week but soon my joints and muscle grew too tired to keep the pace up and the more I tried the worst it got. I felt desperate, I'm a nurse and have taken care of the sick and dying forever I know I can take care of myself. So the changes I had to embark on were different and noticeably different from my wife. She would question everything I would do and it made it difficult to even trust my thinking being questioned so much by her and folks around me, then you came along, making sense of what I had been practicing all alone made it easy to just show one of your video which would explain what seemed too complicated for them to understand, understandable. Thanks, Dr. berg
