I went to Dr. Rich for years while living in the area and moved to SC just over 2 months ago. I went monthly to be proactive and never waited more than a few minutes. Always had visit reminders on my phone and now I see what a bargain he was! I appreciated the check in process where I could explain any issues, which he went above and beyond to help. I have been using Dr. Rich for my chiropractic needs for years, even while in prior location. He has been available for emergency needs and can always reschedule if in a pinch. I've been extremely happy with the outcome of my visits there. Debra, the receptionist, is also a joy!
