For over 10 years I have been coming to this practice. From the time you enter the front door and are met with a smile and a hello, the experience is always comforting. I have visited for cosmetics along with trusting the medical staff to perform serious surgeries. I would reccomend Dr Mejia and his staff to anyone looking to take care of their skin health.
My overall experience from start to finish was EXCELLENT!! It deserves more than 5 stars. The patience, knowledge , care and expertise that Dr. Mejia and his staff bring to the table is like no other. I highly recommend Dr. Mejia and look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Mejia has been my dermatologist for several years. He is without exception the finest dermatologist I have ever been to. He performed a Mohs surgery on my cheek to remove a basal cell carcinoma and the scar is all but invisible. I am very impressed with his cosmetic surgical skills. I could not recommend a dermatologist more highly than Dr. Mejia.
I have been in Dr. Mejia's care for several years for treatment of skin cancer including a malignant melanoma. When I compare the scarring for mohs surgery performed by Dr. Mejia to another scar incurred with surgery by a plastic surgeon, I am impressed that the surgery site worked on by Dr. Mejia is basically invisisible. Dr. Mejia did a great job checking a number of spots on my skin. One was found to be squamous cell, which he removed. I am very happy to know that he practices MOHS surgery, should I require it in the future. I am impressed with his professionalism and that of his staff. The office is very clean and everyone was careful to maintain appropriate vigilance, including hand sanitizers everywhere throughout the office. From now on, my wife and I will be going to see Dr. Mejia for all our dermatological needs.
You want the job done right & once and for all, then Dr. Mejia is your doc. Atmosphere is calming, staff is great and Dr.Mejia is very personable and great at explaining procedure options so you know what’s happening and feel as if you’re in great hands. He even lightens the mood with his humor. Great doctor but most of all great human.
Dr. Mejia has been my dermatologist for 5+years now and I wouldn’t even think about going to another provider for my dermatological complaints or cosmetic treatments. Even despite now living in Miami-I always make the well worth drive to get personalized, focused, and effective treatment from Dr. Mejia and his staff. Starting from a respectful front office staff, knowledgeable PAs, a phenomenal anesthetist, I always feel like I’m getting top notch medical care.
Dr. Mejia has preformed two MOHS surgeries for me. He has done an excellent job each time. The scar from the first surgery is basically invisible. The second surgery is just new and it apppears that it will be as invisible as the first. His staff is very friendly. My first surgery was in 2016, my second surgery was 2/2018.
