Worst place ever, had me waiting 2 hours on the waiting area to tell me they couldn't attend me that day. So I had a reschedule. I left so mad, that I left a comment that day of the service. The day of may appointment, after I got out of the test, there was this guy waiting for me, I think he was the manager or something, cornering me, he told me that I should delete that comment that it wasn't fair what I wrote. No they take for ever to see you
My experience was horrendous, staff negligence is high. I got there in an ambulance on time and I waited 2 hours on the side. I called the front office and was passed to a room and then they forgot I was there 2 hours and 53 minutes . The dr had gone from his office when the nurse saw me and said ahh! I paid out of pocket for an ambulance transport since I am bedridden. Not going back.
staff at front desk are rude and disrespectful. please do better.
