I had a challenging experience scheduling my mother's recent appointment. I initially spoke with an unhelpful staff member, which was very frustrating, especially since I was coordinating this from out of Laredo. Worst place ever, had me waiting 2 hours on the waiting area to tell me they couldn't attend me that day. So I had a reschedule. I left so mad, that I left a comment that day of the service. The day of may appointment, after I got out of the test, there was this guy waiting for me, I think he was the manager or something, cornering me, he told me that I should delete that comment that it wasn't fair what I wrote.
