I have an emergency appointment. I called 12/23 to set first possible appointment. They confirmed 1/21/2021. I told the nurse over the phone call how PHONE CALLS to me are not easy SO TO EMAIL ME ANY QUESTIONS. I call in today DAY OF APPT and I’m told I no longer have any appt and will NOT HELP ME.
