Dr. Liu is a highly skilled dentist who consistently delivers outstanding results. I highly recommend him. The front staff, especially Ms. Jamie, is also commendable, providing clear guidance on coverage and copayment information.
Miss 1-2 appointments without calling, and you're put on a blacklist which prohibits you from making appointments in advance, only on the same day! I do the best I can, working 60 or more hours a week at my job, and sometimes I miss dental appointments. The punishment is way overboard, mainly because Liu provides no means to remove one's name from the blacklist. No way. Please don't think about the other reviews. This policy is just mean and unfair.
