I am extremely dissatisfied with the orthodontic treatment I received from Dr. Ren. It has become clear to me that Dr. Ren lacks the necessary expertise in orthodontics; his skills seem limited to basic extractions. He pressured me into committing to an expensive orthodontic plan at his clinic, which I later discovered was significantly overpriced compared to certified orthodontists in the area. I had a really lovely experience at this clinic. I had my retainers made here and the quality is great. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and professional, which made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. The prices are also very fair. I’m really happy I chose this place and would definitely recommend it
