Amazing, highly recommend Dr. Ren and staff. What started as a cosmetic need is turned into almost a 10 year relationship. I've even moved from the city out to Burlington and still make the trip, refusing to change dentists. They are patient, thoughtful, fair pricing, highly recommend!
I have seen Dr Ren since my university years. He removed my wisdom teeth when another dentist over charged (nearly double) for 2 teeth. He did my braces over the course of 18 months again later on. I'm pleased with how it turned out. He's been fair, honest and reasonable. I trust him to give me straight forward advice. Jean is also great and amazing at her job (everyone there is). I get appointments with Dr Ren quite quickly and he accommodates emergencies.
I was Dr. Ren's patient for a while. After receiving bad advice and attitude, I transferred to another dentist, who is much more knowledgeable and understanding than Dr. Ren. Dr. Ren only cares about his business and less about the patient. He is arrogant and gives patient bad advice that is totally unnecessary to the patient's dental health.
