Disappointed with lack of follow through with my case, resulting in multiple times where I had to call to get prescriptions refilled. I was disappointed that it felt like no effort was made by Dr. Sato to resolve an issue that arose, and that her assistant was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic as well. One should also know that her rates are higher than other MDs with insurance, by about double. Won’t be going back.
Doctor Sato is so knowledgeable and patient. She explains everything thoroughly and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I would recommend her.
Went to her for help. Mismanaged my issues, blamed me, then referred me out while I am dealing with severe heavy bleeding. Do not recommend.
