Wait times can be long- I made my appts early in the morning and showed up even before that and it worked out for me. Dr Renee Alexis is amazing and helped calm me during and after my C-section!
I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM at this OB/GYN office. I arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed, but there was no one at the front desk to check me in or provide any guidance. After a few minutes, the doctor herself (Renee B. Alexis) came out with another patient. She looked at me and asked for my last name and what time my appointment was. The best OBGYN period! When it comes to black women, the treatment during childbirth is horrible! Dr. Alexis cares! She listens and takes every concern seriously, big or small. Dr. Alexis, if you ever get to read this, thank you so much for taking great care of me and my baby boy.
The worst service ever. Denied service based on my religious beliefs. Failed to submit the proper paperwork and now I am stuck with 2k billed due to my insurance denying the claim. Alexis will not even bother to help rectify the problem that she caused. Now I’m stuck with the bill because Alexis failed to resubmit the paper coding on the bill. I ask that you all AVOID this unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent doctor. She’s the worst.
