I immediately called this practice after being told that there was a location near to my home that offered ketamine. I called on Friday july 15 at 3PM and spoke with Vanessa. Initially she was wonderful and seem to enjoy my eagerness. She told me that I should make an appt as soon as possible because they fill up fast. After making my appts, I was told it was a $1500 deposit that was refundable. Best part of the experience was dealing with the nurse that performed all six off my Ketamine procedures. Dana Saparito was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable in any of the Ketamine questions I had for her concerning the overall procedure. Dana made the experience so much easier for me to get through the six procedures. I felt safe and that I was in great hands through out. If you are lucky enough to get Dana at any time with the Ketamine procedures, you have nothing to worry about.

Dr Ferguson practice is run very poorly. Organization and communications with patient are inconsistent. Dr Ferguson seems more focused on developing her practice, not with her patient relationships. Would not recommend.
I was a patient for years and only because finding a new doctor is so frustrating. This office just wants your money. They pretend to be nice but they genuinely do not care about you, just your $. They moved offices without telling me, I showed up to my scheduled appointment at their previous office only to be charged a missed appointment fee and told they mailed me something (never got it). Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Ferguson to my family members and friends, in fact I have already done so. She is caring, compassionate and kind, and her expertise is beyond my comprehension! Her warm and friendly demeanor makes you feel comfortable immediately. Her confidence in her ability to help you, puts you as ease as soon as you meet her. Her warmth and ability to connect with me is something that was very important to me. Terrible doctor
I have been seeing her for a year. I have seen other doctors in the past and she is by far the most uncaring person in the field that she is in. She makes you feel worse after the session with her. At least she did for me and her staff is ridiculous every time I come in there I have some crazy balance when I have two insurances and I pay a copay every time I am there. I would not recommend her at all. Not returning.
Do yourself a favor and find a new provider. She overdosed me on meds, charged me 200$ to tell disability I wasn't impaired and then skipped town.
