The dental hygienist and dentist were both excellent. Unfortunately, I received a SURPRISE MEDICAL BILL for both services at a later date. I was not informed that they were no longer in network with my insurance even after they asked me for my insurance card during my visit on January 2, 2024 and was not informed that they were in network during my routine cleaning on June 7, 2024.
