Dr. Bender has the unique combination of compassion and a listening ear. She is soft spoken, concise, and her staff is over-the-top professional and thorough.
This was my third procedure of this type however the first time it was completed by Dr. Bender, when I tried to ask questions she brushed off my questions and did not have time. I asked if she could describe a millimeter as I am use to inches she just repeated millimeter, yes I went home and Google the difference however it would have been helpful if she showed some concern in my inquires. It appears she was just ready to get to the next check/patient. Will not go back. Hope review help her also
