I have never found Dr Strother to be anything but polite, professional, and caring. I don't need to coddled by my doctor - I just need to feel comfortable and confident in their care. Dr Strother travels for clinics in and around Atlanta and I appreciate that he makes an effort to visit often with his patients in person - instead of solely relying on NP's in between procedures. Should mention that his NP's are very caring and capable people who I also have complete faith in.
I can’t believe this man has the nerve to present himself as a doctor! He is the worst I have ever known. He has no empathy for the pain his patients are in and worst of all he does not care!! His staff is just as rude and the receptionist hardly ever looks at you and if she does there is never a nice word or smile. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE!!!
As a 64 yr old RN, I have seen some very bad doctors, both to work with and as a patient, people who simply have no place in patient care. He is the worst I have met. The first time I saw him his main concern was how I could afford health insurance (BC/BS) if I wasn't working. He kept coming back to that over and over. Second visit he lied about what happened the first visit. Needless to say I fired him. People with chronic pain need empathy and support. Not going to happen with him.
Calling this person a doctor insults the medical profession. He is dishonest, rude, sarcastic, arrogant, and uninterested in treating chronic pain sufferers. He chose a different procedure than my referring doctor ordered which worsened my pain because he thinks he is a god, and refused to address his error. He knows nothing of pain clinic guidelines in Georgia and seems to work in medicine to maintain his lifestyle. Staff is uneducated and rude- Christy, Rachel and Ashley. Zero stars earned
his bedside manner is horrible! he insults you, doesn't believe anything you say, only negative feedback from him. poor excuse for a dr. he needs to loose his license...
I servery over did it and had an appointment the next day. I was in so much pain I struggled to get through the appointment. All I got from Dr. Strother was comments insinuating I was faking the pain. No one in pain especially long term should have been talked to the way I was. I would have appreciated the consideration of an attempt to find the source of my pain and treat it.
